Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, plan, and formulate marketing strategies for both current and future campaigns. 
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders responsible for different sales channels. 
- Work closely with advisory teams to ensure aligned marketing strategies. 
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators such as ROI, CR (Conversion Rate), and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). 
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, especially within the health, beauty, and cosmetics sectors, as well as related industries. 
- Analyze customer purchasing behavior and market trends to provide actionable insights. 
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. 
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media trends and digital marketing performance. 
- Evaluate multi-channel marketing strategies to ensure optimized outreach and engagement. 
- Prepare and present performance reports and analytical insights to management for strategic decision-making. 
Experience:
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing analysis or a related field.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, Python or R, and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create and design various graphics such as posters, banners, advertisements, digital media, and print materials. 
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to understand design needs and goals. 
- Brand Management: Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s image and identity, maintaining consistency with branding guidelines and design direction. 
- Design Review and Adjustment: Refine and revise designs based on internal feedback, ensuring the final output meets project goals. 
- Design Project Management: Manage time effectively to ensure design projects are completed within specified deadlines. 
Qualifications:
- Experience: 
 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.
- Design Skills: 
 Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and design concepts.
- Software Proficiency: 
 Expertise in using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
- Communication Skills: 
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to meet client needs and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Creativity: 
 A creative mindset with keen attention to detail, producing work that stands out.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Understanding of UX/UI design.
Experience in Animation or Motion Graphics.
